Count Dracula

[(Fortunes Dearest x Barracuda Bay) x (Mort Morss)] x (Larry’s Obsession) Sev. 5.5" fl. 24 " sc. Early 20 buds. Easily fertile both ways. The flowers of Count Dracula are a dark, near black purple with an even darker eye that streaks toward a green throat. The petals and sepals are heavily edged in highly contrasting white teeth. The teeth are so wide that they come together to make a broad white border. The plants begin to bloom early, making a showy start to the season. The cold hardy plants have excellent rust resistance. The plants are small by nature, but are wonderfully proportioned with the flower size and scape height. A great parent for near black flowers with wide white edges and shark teeth.
